Tesla To Lay Off 10% Of Their Workforce

Tesla is set to reduce its workforce by over 10 percent, impacting at least 14,000 employees globally, as the company responds to its first decline in year-over-year vehicle deliveries since 2020.

According to an internal email from CEO Elon Musk, the layoffs are a strategic move to streamline operations and prepare for new phases of growth amidst challenging market conditions.

Naval Ravikant, founder of AngelList, relaunched Airchat this week — a social media app designed around audio interactions rather than text.

The revamped version, co-developed with former Tinder exec Brian Norgard, emphasizes voice communications to enhance user connections, asserting that natural voice can bridge gaps that text-based media cannot.

Airchat, which is currently invite-only, ranks #27 in social networking on Apple’s App Store.
