Google announced a new AI-powered image generation and editing app called Pixel Studio during its Pixel 9 event.
Preinstalled on all Pixel 9 devices, Pixel Studio allows users to create and modify images using text prompts and integrates Google’s Imagen 3 model for advanced image manipulation.
The app’s capabilities include adding or removing elements and altering the style of images.

Elon Musk’s AI company, xAI, released Grok-2 and Grok-2 mini, now available in beta for X Premium and Premium+ users.
Grok-2 introduces image generation directly on the X platform, although it currently lacks safeguards against creating images of political figures [obviously a lot of fun for now].
The model is also set to improve various features on X, including search, post analytics, and replies, with further development expected to enhance its AI-driven capabilities.
