Each type of prompt presents varying levels of patentability, from concrete designs to more abstract ideas.

The key question is whether these prompts, through AI interpretation, can produce clear, actionable results fulfilling patent law’s requirements.

A First Look At Google’s ‘Assistant’

‘Assistant with Bard’ is designed to be a more personalized helper, seamlessly integrating with popular Google products & services like Gmail, Docs, and Android devices.

Imagine planning your next trip, sorting through your emails, creating a grocery list, or even composing a text, all facilitated by your digital assistant just by saying “Hey Google”.

One of the striking features showcased is the conversational overlay on Android devices.

For instance, if you snap a photo of your pet, “Assistant with Bard” can overlay on the image, understanding the context and assisting in tasks like crafting a social media post – a new and engaging way to interact with your phone.

A notable addition is the integration of this AI assistant into the Google Search app’s Discover page, hinting at a more interconnected Google ecosystem.
